Iwynn Productions, LLC. has the proud distinction of providing quality janitorial services to establishments of all sizes and ranges. Our clients’ list includes different facilities such as Office Buildings, Financial Institutions, Schools, Medical Facilities, Retail Stores, Day Care Centers, Industrial Facilities, and Churches.

Our unique Communication Program helps us define how to serve the cleaning needs. It is the core of our growth. Communication tools like Contact Evaluation Reports, Inspection Reports, and Past Performance Evaluations help us deliver service of utmost quality and required specifications. We also maintain Account Follow-Up Sheet for each account and provide high-quality customer care through periodic follow up, phone calls, and personal visits.

Our Janitorial Service division has a maintenance schedule for each client facility to provide highly personalized and quality cleaning services. For the convenience of our clients, they have the freedom to choose from our nightly or weekly cleaning programs to suit their needs. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. We use wireless telephone service and a fully integrated voice mail system to remain in touch with clients after working hours. Our management team is always accessible to our clients. The supervisors are available on a 24-hour service basis.
